Government should launch a helpline number which can be contacted in case any one is bitten by dogs. Municipality can respond to that area with priority. Any dog which engaged in biting should be put down, others snipped and released.

The Supreme Court's decision is commendable. There are various new equipment and technologies available for sterilizing and vaccinating dogs, such as dart guns, which can be used from a distance. Dogs are innocent creatures that won't attack humans unprovoked. Even in cases where they do bite, it's often a result of the trauma they've experienced due to past abuse by humans.

It's ironic that some individuals, who claim to be Hindus and proudly display 'Har Har Mahadev' or 'Proud to be Vegetarian' on their social media profiles, are advocating for the mass slaughter of dogs. Thought the government who fail to provide basic infrastructure would somehow magically create shelters in less than 8 weeks. These same individuals were abusing dog lovers nonstop, using isolated incidents as an excuse to justify their stance. Majority of the people in this country are morally corrupt.

I think people need to stop getting happy or sad about any decisions any authority in India takes or any opinion by Indians we read on the internet. We, the people of India have no credibility most of the time. It's better to live our own lives the best way we can, stay happy and stay safe. I see people arguing on reddit on the various gender biased laws, gender issues, stray dog problems, rapes, various other crimes. Our Supreme courts need to butt out of making laws and policies regarding anything and everything and force states to make them instead. This should be a state subject not something that is dictated by courts.

At this point, I have my sympathies with dog lovers, most of them are naive' and brainwashed. They have been craftily taught that somehow dogs life is far more valuable than a pig or a goat or a cattle's life that are butchered everyday. If the fight is really for the *bejubaan,* it for sure should include all the animals in the ecosystem. They are all *bejubaan*.

While these dog lovers hold the placards around India Gate and keep the fights up for dogs and sometimes do get the strays for vaccination and sterilization (even out of their own pockets), **it's the pharma companies and NGOs that laugh all the way to the bank.**

The day these NGOs accounts get scrutinized by an investigative agency, all the skeletons will be out. 

This judgement has basically brought the old order back. Nothing will change. Last 20 years we saw the exponential rise of dogs and dog bites, the next 20 years we will an explosive growth!

That guy will never see the life behind bars even though there's overwhelming evidence of this crime. I read the article, I can't comprehend how anyone would have the guts to beat up a person unless they clearly know they have no consequences. The people of our country are also very complacent and don't get angry and outraged at such incidents, sad reality is even after outrage, nothing significant happens like with the pune case. 


We think we are a developing country but we need a rebellion to actually develop, weed out these pests in power, problem is people themselves are in conflict, some Indians are actually so backwards in their views too. I have hope for our country, may we find some courage to rebel and kick corrupt cunts out of power. That can't happen with a political party, it can only happen with citizen revolts.
